Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g. items with custom names or numbers)
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Digital products or downloadable content

2.3 How to Request a Return

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2.4 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card issuer.

2.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at brazucafootballofficial@gmail.com. Include the following:

  • Photos of the item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

2.6 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
