Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak seasons (e.g. World Cup periods, Black Friday, December), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any unusual delay.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak seasons, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. These estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier system.

1.4 Customs & Import Duties

We ship internationally and in the vast majority of cases no additional customs duties or import taxes are charged to the customer. However, please be aware:

  • Import regulations and duty thresholds vary by country and are outside our control.
  • In the rare event that a shipment is held or returned by customs, we will work with you to reship the order. Additional transit time may apply.
  • Brazuca Football is not liable for import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be levied by the destination country.

1.5 Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to redeliver. We will contact you promptly to arrange redelivery or issue a store credit.

1.6 Order Cancellation by Brazuca Football

We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for locations that are inaccessible or present significant logistical risk. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
